Mondo Estate Bed

The Mondo Estate dog bed uses bouclé fabric woven from 100% polyester with a looped, textured surface that traps warmth without matting. MiaCara, a German pet furniture company founded in 2011, designs each piece at their studio in Passau and manufactures in Europe.
The filling architecture separates support into two zones. Firm polyurethane foam bolsters form the raised perimeter, giving dogs something to lean against or rest their head on. The mattress base uses viscoelastic memory foam that responds to body heat, contouring around pressure points at the hips and shoulders. This construction matters most for older dogs or breeds prone to joint issues.
All foam components are washable, not just the cover. The inner cushions tolerate 60°C cycles, the mattress up to 30°C. Most dog beds only allow cover washing, which limits long-term hygiene.
Three colorways suit neutral interiors: Chocolate, Cappuccino, and Stone. The palette reads warmer than typical grey-scale pet furniture. Five sizes span from toy breeds to large working dogs, though the sizing runs slightly generous. A French Bulldog might fit comfortably in a Small rather than Small/Medium.
Replacement covers are sold separately. The bed ships flat and assembles by hand.
